The Neurocritical Care Society (NCS), created in 1999, is a multidisciplinary, international organization whose mission is to improve outcomes for patients with life-threatening neurological illnesses. Our first meeting was held in 2003 and each Annual Meeting after has been better that the last! The 12th Annual Meeting of the Neurocritical Care Society (NCS) is being held September 11-14, 2014, at The Westin Seattle, in Seattle, Washington, USA. Given the focus on integration of neurocritical care’s different disciplines, NCS chose the theme “Interdisciplinary Collaboration to Improve Outcomes” The pre-meeting day, dedicated to early career members, is new this year. The following three days will form the core of the meeting.

The meeting will then close on Sunday with sessions centering on NCS Spirit. Each day will have a distinct focus, but all five days will serve the theme of “Interdisciplinary Collaboration to Improve Outcomes.”
